From my perspective, this is too busy. There are very few lines, it's more like splotches. (Feathers, bows, mesh) Add to that the fact the model is inverted and I'd say it's pretty difficult to get anything out of it.
The photo is not composed so that she contrasts everything else (which might be the only way to combat the feathers.) She's hard to find in everything else.
I'd say get a new costume and widen the stage. Focus on the woman and leave off the clutter. If someone is to be upside down, I'd say put nothing else in the photo except for a couch or a bed- one large item that's easy to ignore in order to see the focus of the piece.
